North Myrtle Beach Details Vendor Timelines and Rules for NMB Live! Festival

North Myrtle Beach officials updated event details and vendor timelines late last month for NMB Live!, featuring three music stages, 150+ vendors, and food options along Main Street.

Why this matters locally

NMB Live! brings more than 150 vendors, food trucks, and multi-stage live entertainment to Main Street, offering local businesses and mobile vendors a major venue to reach residents and visitors.

North Myrtle Beach city organizers provided updated vendor management procedures and event details late last month for NMB Live!, an upcoming municipal festival centered on Main Street. The event features a full day of entertainment across three live music stages, offering a mix of yacht rock, beach music, and party bands. It also includes more than 150 vendors, food options from regional food trucks and local Main Street bars and restaurants, and a dedicated kid's zone with rides and games.

The initial vendor application window opened May 15 and closed on July 13, 2026. City staff established a review period following the deadline, with official selection decisions scheduled to be emailed to applicants by July 31, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Application fees paid during this period are non-refundable.

Accepted merchants will receive final invoices by August 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Invoices are payable online through the city's CivicRec account portal. Merchants unable to process payments online must set up an appointment for in-office or phone payments by contacting festivals@nmb.us, as Parks and Recreation staff are frequently out of the office due to summer programming.

For vendors who missed the initial window, a secondary waitlist application period opened July 14 and runs through September 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. City staff emphasize that waitlist applicants will only be contacted if space opens up, and vendors are asked not to send direct emails regarding waitlist status.

All participating vendors must comply with regulatory requirements set by the South Carolina Department of Revenue and South Carolina Department of Agriculture rules for food vendors. In addition, merchants must adhere to special event fire codes from the North Myrtle Beach Fire Marshal and submit booth photos to complete their application. Non-compliant vendors on the day of the event may be removed without a refund. Questions can be directed to festival staff at festivals@nmb.us.
